Every morning we prepare homemade bread, freshly squeezed juices and homemade jams and marmalades. For those with a sweet-tooth, our chef has just baked delicious chocolate and fruit cakes. As well as waffles and pancakes.
Enjoy real “pršut” (Dalmatian smoked ham), Brač cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, figs, melons, watermelons... all fresh from the local market.
On those mornings when you want to kick-start your day in a healthy way, choose from our selection of fresh fruit, cereals and yoghurts or order an omelette to your liking.
On holiday and want to stay in bed longer? Relax… there is no hurry. We serve breakfast until 11am and, if you like, we can serve you breakfast in your room.
